Twin skinned Double Hull Edible Oil Tanker 103ft x 23ft
A sound historic Mersey / Weaver Packet barge with very good beam and depth to length giving an excellent and roomy platform for a house boat conversion. She was laid down as a dry cargo vessel and the two cargo tanks are easily removable. Possibly a grand design would be to lift out the tanks and reuse the bolted curved tank tops as the roof of a sympathetic raised hold conversion.
Annual Mersey Docks & Harbour Co., and Manchester Ship Canal commercial survey certificates in force. Last dry docked November 2013 when stern gear and gearbox were fully overhauled, with a favourable NDT hull report available. Laying Liverpool, delivery locally free of charge.
