58ft x 10ft 3ins Wide Beam Narrowboat

Built, for the owners by Price Fallows, in 2006 out of Lloyds grade steel (BSEN 10025 {1993} 5355) and powered by an Isuzu 70hp engine with 681 engine hours.  Suitable for a couple living on board with an additional double bed in the convertible Pullman dining area.
Finished in Oak, and fully insulated in 3M’s Thinsulate insulation in the living area. She has an adjustable wheelhouse going from 9ft 10 ins to 7ft 2 ins, which has a double hatch to the engine bay and a single hatch for the engine bay on the aft deck; an upholstered bench seat with storage underneath and plumbing for a washing machine, insulated and panelled walls, radiator. Access via a hatch to under deck storage 4ft x 4ft x 3.5ft.
Stairs leading down to double doors to the cabin.  Double bedroom with free standing bed, wardrobes and cupboards, radiator, two portholes.  Bathroom has corner shower, Jabsco pump out toilet (pump out equipment also supplied), wash hand basin, storage behind toilet and under sink, towel radiator, port hole.
Pullman diner area – upholstered in plain fabric, converts to double bed, storage beneath floor, seating and back of seating; two port holes, radiator, beech display cupboard, TV point, fridge. Galley - welsh dresser, cabinet, Sandyford diesel (factory converted to run off red diesel) twin oven, twin hob range, with separate central heating and hot water burner. Fitted beech wood work tops, base cabinets, single induction hob, combi microwave oven-grill, freezer. Side hatch, large window.
Living area – Two radiators, two large windows, tv point with 43” wall mounted flat screen tv.  Steps to small entrance lobby and double front doors through to bow
She has a 5kva Electrolux travel power pack which generates 230 volts. 3kva three way invertor which converts 12 volt to 230 volt, charging batteries and managing the mains electric.  She has six 118amp leisure batteries and one starter battery, two 100w solar panels.   Safety certificate September 2019 – but new one will be issued upon sale. 
Dry dock 2018 bottom blacked, new anodes, sides painted.
