27m Coaster for Houseboat Conversion

Built in 1904 and originally constructed as a Sailing Herring Trawler in Holland and converted in the 50's to its current configuration of a small Coaster that operated in Scandinavia for many years. The original accommodation is still habitable and the large hold, forepeak store and engine room would offer the new owner the opportunity to create a spacious houseboat with character. The current accommodation is Bridge with master cabin to the rear. At deck level full galley, large mess room, three cabins, large bathroom and wet weather storage room/pantry. All being very spacious. Hull survey 2012 available. By negotiation she could be lifted at its current location and out of water works carried out at the yard. No mooring available where she is laying. £17,000 Laying Portsmouth.
