57ft x 12ft 5ins Widebeam

Built by Ledgard Bridge Boat Co. in 2005 and RCD Compliant, 15mm base, 6mm sides and 5mm top. V Hulled, Torkmaster Bow Thruster and powered by John Deere 85hp marine engine driving a 24 inch four bladed propeller polished and repitched in 2012 by Woodwards of Hull. Stern tube 2", Shaft 2". 102 engine hours. Attached to the engine is a battery charger and a Travel Power. Wheelhouse/Galley, approx size 10ft x 9ft 6ins has wooden windows with toughened glass. Two side opening windows and the front centre one also drops down for hot days. Wheelhouse roof had a new PVC cover fitted in 2014. Header boards are placed on top of Kingspan insulating sheets. Lights are individually switched for energy saving purposes. Wooden floor with removal hatch for easy access to batteries and engine room. Cream coloured kitchen units with Whirlpool fridge and freezer, double Belfast sink with stainless steel splash back, Diesel Heritage range cooker which also heats the water, runs the central heating and obviously for cooking and also has stainless steel splash back. Front of the galley has the Wheel and control panel with tank gauges etc. Folding table and two Director chairs. 12v Lighting. 6 - 240v double sockets. Oak work surfaces which are resealed annually. VHF Marine IC-411 radio which does need a new antenna. Saloon is approx 14ft 8ins x 9ft 6ins with four porthole type top opening windows with Venetian blinds. Wooden floor with two hatchways for access into the hull for storage. Morso multi purpose fire in working condition but the interior would need to be replaced at some point, placed on toughened glass and toughened glass as a shield on the wall behind. Chimney has a stainless steel deflector. 12v lighting, three 240v double sockets. Free standing oak sideboard with two cupboards and three drawers with a matching nest of tables. Two sofas. Access to the side of the tanks below the wheelhouse is through a removable wall panel, one behind the steps and the other on the port side. Electrical cupboard is also in the saloon which houses the Powermaster invertor etc. Pepper pot radiator. Oak shelving. The starboard lower panels are removable to allow access to the bow thruster hydraulic pipe and conduit for the main electricity cable. Bedroom/Study is approx 5ft 3ins x 9ft 7ins, one round porthole and pepper pot radiator, two small removable desks, six ceiling lights,two double sockets and moveable wall to ceiling bookcase and chest of drawers. Master bedroom, approx size 11ft 3ins (widest point), 7ft 5ins (narrowest point near bow) x 11ft 3ins, one porthole each side with a rectangular window at the front opening outwards. Houdini escape hatch above bed. Free standing double bed which has been lifted to allow storage under. Three and a half cupboards with shelving and hanging space. The cupboard nearest the bathroom has a removable panel inside to allow access to the shower pipes if needed. Two double sockets, pepper pot radiator. Bathroom, approx size 5ft 4ins x 6ft 10 ins (small space approx 3ft 3ins x 2ft 6ins before bathroom in front of washing machine). Washing machine is situated in a cupboard with shelving for linen, blankets etc. Corner radiator. Techma silent macerating toilet, large shower, a basin above cupboards, one porthole with frosed glass, long mirror. Removable panel in the floor to allow access to the waste water 12v pump, new one fitted 2015 and one spare one. The stud walls separating the rooms are all insulated with Kingspan for energy saving. Interior wood is maple 9mm ply, used for header boards and all walls except the saloon where 9mm ply Birds Eye maple was used. The trim throughout is Sapele with some maple trim over the header board joins. All floors are Sapele boarding 20mm thick, secretely screwed on top of 18mm exterior ply. Sapele is tongue and grooved. There is a Hyundai Invertor Generator, SF3600 on the back deck which has its own PVC cover. Main roof was repainted in Summer 2016. She was dry docked in 2015 for two weeks where the old blacking was removed back to bare metal and Jotun aluminium primer was sprayed on the hull followed by two coats of Jotamastic 87. A final Jotun "glass" effect was put above the water line, this coating does not fade in sunlight. A final two layers of anti foul was also applied. New annodes were fitted on the hull and rudder. Current boat safety certificate April 2019. Waveline Inflatable Dinghy new August 2015. Wooden pigeon box on deck with opening windows. Stainless steel fresh water tank. Hydraulic tank for bowthruster, gas locker in bow but no gas on board, so extra storage. Three banks of six Rolls Marine batteries for domestic use and a separate battery for the engine. Solar panel on wheelhouse roof. Calorifier with immersion heater if needed, also a domestic water filter fitted. Large diesel tank.
