Completely refurbished 57ft Colecraft Narrowboat




Fully overplated including base plate,bow plates,linier sides, uxtor plate and stern.
New skeg,rudder,rudder stock, top and bottom bearings, propshaft and bearing.
Engine is a BMC 1.5, which has been completely overhauled including, head gasket, valves,injectors injector pump, alternator,starter motor,heater plugs and engine mounts, one new starter battery and three leisure batteries in a new battery box, engine hole has been completely rewired, with both leisure and starter isolators located inside the boat.
A new calorifier has been fitted providing hot water, from the engine,immersion heater or back boiler.
Internally the boat has been refitted with a bright modern look, new windows have been fitted also new mushroom vents, water pump and central heating pump.
Entering from the stern is a small utility area with wet locker and cupboards housing the electrical equipment, there is also plumbing for a washing machine, next is the saloon with captains chair, chest of drawers, large multi fuel fire with back boiler that feeds the calorifier and two radiators.
The galley is open plan with a fridge, free standing gas cooker, hob and stainless steel sink and drainer.There is a side hatch in the galley.
Next comes the full sized double bed with storage under and facilities for a recessed tv, and storage shelves.
The bathroom has a vanity unit with basin, and shower over a good sized hip bath.
Last but not least is the good sized front room which leads onto the well deck through double doors.
The bow contains the gas locker capable of storing three bottles.
The boat also has 240 volt sockets and shoreline connection all new, all the lighting is 12 volt.
Comes with everything needed to sail straight away. The boat will be sold with a new Boat Safty Certificate.
Externally the boat has been bare metalled and professionally painted with 3 coats of primer,3 coats of undercoat and three gloss.
