Built in 1971. GRP Hull and Superstructure with timber Wheelhouse. 11.85m (with davits folded) x 3.54m x 0.975m draft. Powered by twin Perkins 6354's (145hp) giving a top speed of 18 knots and a cruising speed of 10-14 knots. With seven berths in two cabins she would make an ideal liveaboard or family cruiser. On entry to the enclosed central Wheelhouse the helm position is to the port side and has navigation equipment, dash and two seats. Steps down to "L" shaped galley with gas hob/stove with oven and grill, stainless steel sink and drainer, cupboards and drawers and Waeco 12v fridge with ice box. There is a large bright saloon with dinette table to port side, which converts to a double berth, a settee berth opposite, storage cupboards and forward V berths with in-fill to create another double berth. There is the heads to port side with Jabsco manual sea toilet, vanity unit with wash hand basin and shower. There is a warm air blown heating powered by a D5 Airtronic Eberspacher diesel heater (purchased 2016). Steps down aft from wheelhouse lead down to a very spacious aft cabin with double berth to starboard, vanity unit, hanging locker and en-suite heads compartment with Jabsco manual sea toilet with shower. She comes with fenders, davits, ropes, boat hook, anchor and chain, 120 litre immersion calorifier and a new water pump. She also has a Sky dish. The engines have not been run in about 2 1/2 years as she has been used as a family liveaboard but the owner will service and re-commission the engines within the asking price.
