The Historic Horbury

The Horbury has a riveted iron hull, and is thought to have been built around 1890. It is an unusual and attractive design. The boat has been used as a static service vessel and consists of an office, workshop and storage. Although it needs a great deal of work it has potential and would make a handsome liveaboard. The engine is a twin-cylinder Lister but it does not run. It is currently at Knottingley, in a boatyard with a slipway. 54ft 10 x 12ft 6
