The Living room is in the Wheelhouse enabling you to have a good view. Dining room doubles up as a bedroom - very easy and quick to make up. There is a largish space with radiator, currently used as storage which could be used to make a small cabin. There is space in the Wheelhouse for two if you have guests staying over. Three years safety certificate. Comes with echo sounder, compass, battery chargers, clocks, barometer, gas detector, gas bottles, bilge pumps, mooring warp, fenders, life jackets, anchor and chain with windlass. Last survey was done 15 years ago and if she doesn't sell by the Spring she will be having another survey done but the price will be going up to accommodate this. There is a very strong possibility of a mooring, you would have to introduce yourself to the owner of the fully secured Marina. There is a saying "A picture tells a thousand words" and somehow this is so apt for this extremely well converted and maintained Tug. You could eat your dinner straight off the engine if you wanted! but you wouldn't need to as the galley is as clean as the rest of the vessel.
